Bacolod City: The Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) has trained 748 residents here who will serve as community responders at grassroot level. \r\nAaron Bais of the CDRRMO, said these individuals were trained in various emergency responses and will assist the emergency responders here when calamities, disasters and accidents occur. “They were given training on first-aid, basic water rescue, ropemanship and earthquake drills,” Bais said. |
