Guwahati: In association with GNRC Hospitals, the Guwahati chapter of Heart Care Society of Assam, organised a workshop to train the general public on emergency heart care and disaster management at Sparsh High, a Montessori school of the city, recently. \r\nHeart surgeon Bikash Rai Das and the director of Pre-Hospital Care and Emergency Services, Dr Atanu. Barthakur of GNRC Hospitals was the key resource persons. Emergency physician Dr Subrata Dev Bhagawati demonstrated what to do in case of a sudden heart attack. |
