Bangkok: The Cabinet has approved a new Sanatorium Act, aiming to enhance services at public healthcare facilities to be on par with private hospitals, according to a spokesman. \r\nThe new Sanatorium Act also limits advertising of healthcare facilities, and determine types of emergency illness which healthcare facilities cannot decline services. The details on these matters will be specified in subsequent laws. |
