The state health department has decided to launch two-wheeler ambulance service in Mumbai. This will be an augmentation of the services already being rendered by the 108 emergency ambulances. According to officials, Mumbaikars will be able to avail the two-wheeler service within four months. The department also plans to launch this service in rural areas of the state which are not easily accessible by 108 four-wheeler ambulances. |
