Mumbai: The CR on 8 December informed the Bombay high court that it had set up emergency medical rooms (EMR) at three railway stations and would do so at nine others by March. The railway\'s status report was placed before the HC, which is hearing a PIL filed by activist Samir Zaveri seeking medical aid to rail accident victims within the \"golden hour\" and setting up of EMR at stations. \r\nThe railways said that EMRs had been made available at Dadar, Thane and Panvel stations. The ones at Mulund, Kalyan, Dombivli and Vashi would be ready by December 2015, at Kurla, Ghatkopar and Diva by January 2016 and Wadala Road and Karjat by March 2016. |
