Kolkata: Remote islands in Bengal would no longer be deprived for prompt medical services with the West Bengal government\'s plan to launch boat ambulances for patients. \r\nThe boat ambulances come complete with a GPS tracking mechanism and other emergency facilities for patients living mostly in the remote islands of Malda and South 24 Parganas. These would be including necessary medicines too for emergency treatments on the go. |
