A network of state hospitals with ICU facilities have been established which is in operation from the Castle Street Maternity Hospital, with the objective of providing ICU facilities to all infants without delay. The program was launched on Wednesday (July 15) at the Family Health Bureau with the participation of Secretary of Health Ministry Dr D.M.R.B. Dissanayake and Director General of Health Services Dr Palitha Mahipala. |
