Ranchi: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on 12 April said the state government will set up 11 trauma care centres along the highways across the state to provide timely first aid to road accident victims.
Das also asked the police to be more humane and refrain from heckling victims and focus on helping them with medical relief. |
