Allahabad: This year time 9 temporary hospitals and 12 first aid posts will be constructed at Magh Mela area by health department to provide medical help to lakhs of kalpwasis and seers camping for a month. Special arrangements will also be made to deliver babies at the health centres. \r\n
For the first time, 108 ambulance would be provided in the mela area. As per department officials, 50 beds have also been reserved at two hospitals of the city to meet any emergency. These included 30 at SRN hospitals and 20 at Tej Bahadur Sapru (Beli) hospital. To help the victims of emergency cases, special kits have been demanded.
