Bangued, Abra: Fifty seven trainees successfully completed the first Emergency Responders Training (ERT) Course conducted in the province.
The 5-day training despite the rigidity of the modules contents and mechanics as the training entailed lecture-discussions, written examinations, demonstrations and return demonstrations after each module.
