The allied hospitals in town received special directives from the provincial health department on June 21 afternoon. Immediately after receiving directives, administrations of the allied hospitals cancelled holidays of all the staff putting hospitals on red alert.
The allied hospitals have arranged sufficient number of emergency kits at their emergency departments to handle sudden heavy influx of emergency patients in case of any unpleasant incident. Sufficient quantity of medicines have already been provided to the emergency departments of the allied hospitals, however, in-charges of main medical stores of the hospitals have also been on call. |
